In order to bring our clients the best possible prices, we buy these watches in bulk packages, but we don't always get the original boxes and manuals. In some cases our watches come with a deluxe presentation box with our certificate of Authenticity and a 3 year Better Watch Store warranty.
All of our watch movements are guaranteed for three (3) years by Better Watch Store. If there is a mechanical failure within that time period (not including damage by the user), simply send us the watch. Our authorized watch repair experts will correct the problem. If the watch cannot be repaired, we will either refund your purchase price or provide a replacement of comparable value.
RETURN POLICY:
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a customer satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. This policy means:
If the item is not as described then return it for a refund.
If the item is as described
you may return it less shipping and a 20% restocking charge for up to 7 days after purchase.
If the Item is returned, it must be returned in the exact condition as shipped with box and any other papers or items that it was shipped with.
If an item was resized or engraved, the refund is void.
If a customer made a special order, the refund is void.
We guarantee our watch movements for 3 years from the date of purchase.

If a shipment contains more than one watch, each watch incurs its own shipping and insurance cost – your final costs will be based on that total

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES IS VIA USPS.
We will ship USPS Priority Mail to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Majority of the shipments will incur a $40 shipping charge. In some cases, shipping rates will be higher. If your actual shipping charge is greater than $40 we will contact you prior to processing your payment for approval.
